| Russ Allen, co-founder, has been a pioneer in the fusion of marketing, media and technology. Throughout his career he has striven to formulate the business models that respond to the latest market trends. Russ began his career as a producer of high quality corporate videos and computer animation for clients such as Disney, Pfizer, BBDO, Microsoft, Simon and Schuster, Byron Preiss, and McGraw Hill. As an executive producer and story editor for television he developed the children's pilot, "The Adventures of Zak From Planet Z." Other award winning programming includes "Adventures in Fire Safety," and the nationally syndicated, "Journey to Space." As multimedia converged with the Internet, Russ quickly became a leader in this emerging field. He helped develop the first International Television Conference in New York City sponsored by the International Emmy Awards. Today, Russ's vision of how new technologies transform communication and business transaction has positioned Empowered Marketer to become a leading company in its field. |

He has a wide-ranging experience as a film producer, director and script writer. With 9 years of experience in this area he has worked for companies like Hindustan Unilever Limited, ABB (Asea Brown Boveri Ltd), TATA, TTK (Health Insurance and Health Care), TTK (NRI Services), TVS Motors, Ingersoll Rand, GlaxoSmithKline, NBC (National Broadcasting Company), CNBC and many more. He was an integral part of the movie “Rockumentary” which went on to win the Golden Aster Award at Singapore. As the Managing director he fulfills the role of a leader and mentor to the team. He conducts the day-to-day running of the company and develops business plans for the long term future of the organization.
